New Dawn Support Services Ltd is Nurse-Led service which works in partnership with Social Services, Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) and Supporting People within leading Local Authorities across UK offering high quality outreach, home care, live-in care, semi-independent living and supported housing for adults and young people.
We provide a range of specialist services to support young people under the age of 18 and adults aged 18 and over with physical disabilities, neurological conditions such as dementia, substance misuse problems, challenging behaviour, mental health condition and/or dual diagnosis.
Our aim is to enable the people we support to achieve their goals, believing passionately that regardless of the challenges they face, everyone can accomplish extraordinary achievements with the right care in the right environment.
